So after work, I had a gym session with my chinky friend, Kathleen. Without her, I don’t know what else to do aside from using the treadmill and the bicycle. Lol.
This is just some of the exercises we did a while ago (not in order):
Arnold (shoulders) 3 sets: 10 for 1st set, 8 for 2nd set and 6 for 3rd set
Shoulders from lower side 10 reps 3 sets
Front 1 hand 12 reps 3 sets (per side)
Side 1 hand swing 12 reps x 3 sets (per side)
Side curl (straight) 30 reps x 3 sets (per side)
Side hammer 10 reps x 3 sets (per side)
Squats 10 x 3
Dumbell squats 10 x 3
Cool down (side arm)
Tadaaa! Egg Tuna Omelette!
